RenamePro is a pay-once, fully offline bulk file renamer for macOS. Find & replace (plain text or regex), add prefixes and suffixes, sequence numbering, case transforms, and date / EXIF "date taken" tokens — all with a live preview that never touches your disk until you hit Rename, plus safe two-phase renames (swaps, chains, case-only changes) and full undo / redo.

Privacy Policy

RenamePro collects no data whatsoever. Everything happens locally on your Mac.

• No accounts — nothing to sign up for or log in to.
• No analytics or tracking — your activity is never recorded.
• No network use — the app never connects to the internet.
• No data leaves your device — RenamePro only reads and renames the files you explicitly choose, and nothing is ever transmitted anywhere.

Because RenamePro collects nothing, there is no personal data to access, export, or delete.

RenamePro renames and moves the files you select on your own Mac. You are responsible for the files you choose and the rules you apply.

• RenamePro shows a full live preview before any change, and offers undo — but renaming is a real change to your files. Always keep backups of important data.
• The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any data loss or damage arising from its use.
• Use of RenamePro is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
